There is a cafe or you can take a picnic and relax in the gardens and grounds around the historical house. The mini steam railway is great fun and will be enjoyed by kids and adults. The wild fowl park is very big and has plenty to explore, although it does entail a fair bit of walking. The theme here is definitely "English Country House with Classic English Attractions".
